This unit is engineered to handle odd shaped cartons,drums, pails and in low to medium volume applications. Four pointleg connection is the strongest in the Industry.

The 376 is a heavy duty, gravity conveyor that features DOUBLE welded cross braces, heavyduty square tubing legs and reinforced inner legs for added support. The ALL STEEL reinforcedleg and frame design provides the strength necessary to handle heavy cartons in an industrialenvironment.

The all bolted design uses shoulder bolts, steel lock nuts and is additionally securedwith industrial thread lock to help reduce maintenance. The FOUR POINT leg connectiongives additional strength to the 376 model making your conveyor last longer! The NESTAFLEX PQC all roller power conveyor has a capacity of 100 pounds per linear foot(level surface). It operates on DC drive motors with a 120VAC converter, delivering variable speedsof 0-120 feet per minute, PLUS standard reversible action. The PQC, with its innovative design,requires less storage space when fully retracted and with its ALL-BOLTED construction and durabledesign, this conveyor is the smart solution for distribution centers where there is high volume crossdocking, loading and unloading applications. Durable construction using patented DURA-FLO™ carton flow tracks design that utilizes 1" wide high strength plastic resin wheels set in an offset pattern to provide a smooth and solid flow surface. Axles are heavy-duty 5/16" dia. powder coated steel providing strength and easy flow. Track channel is 16 gauge roll formed steel in c-design for maximum strength and weight capacity. FOB Shipping Point.

Stands - Manufactured from square steel tubing. Expanding in height from 31" to 52" and adjustable in 17° angles to compensate for uneven surfaces or to incorporate incline. Come standard with square inserts in legs but are designed to accomodate casters. Stands can be installed at our factory on your tracks for no extra charge.

Casters - Casters are heavy-duty construction. Wheels are 3" dia. providing easy movement of conveyor. Conveyors with casters include a pair of swivel casters with brakes and a pair of non-swivel casters. Casters snap easily into stand legs and secured by spring loaded pin.
