One person can safely and easily handle a fully loaded drum with the Morse Hydra-Lift Karrier. Lift, move and control the pouring of a drum weighing up to 800 Lb. with minimal physical effort. Simply control the drum tilt angle and the contents are discharged directly from the drum. Models are available to pour at up to 8 feet high. Use one handle to control the lift height and a second to control the drum tilt angle. Turn drum 360° in either direction. Faucet or drum cone in place still allows more than 180° rotation. The Hydraulic Drum Dumper is what you need to dump drums that weigh up to 1,500 lbs. Works with 55 and 30-gallon plastic, steel and fiber drums. The unit has a solid steel chute. Portable units have two rigid and two swivel casters with floor lock screws. All steel construction. <BR><BR>Standard features inclued: 56 frame, 3/4 HP motor, 120V single phase, 60 Hz with an 8 foot long power cord and plug. Upper travel limit switch, emergency brass safety velocity fuse in cylinder and vertical adjustment drum restraints are standard. Chute is rotated with a hand held control on an 8 ft. long coil cord standard.

The multifunctional unit, model HDRUM-LRT, has a hand pump that lifts drums from ground level to a raised height of 68" to bottom of drum in horizontal position. For use with 55-gallon steel, plastic and fiber drums. A hand gear mechanism provides the controlled 360&deg; rotation of the drum. A floor lock is standard to stabilize the unit in a fixed position.

Single post design enables operators to fully view their work. Mast cradles the hydraulic cylinder to prevent damage. Convenient handles for pushing -- discourages unsafe load pulling. Pour at up to 26" high without the safety risks of manhandling heavy drums.
