Built with double rivet design and keyhole slots to form a rigid framework. Heavy 14 gauge steel posts and shelf supports deliver a system that stands up to rugged use - shelves can handle loads up to 2250 lbs. per shelf. Assembles easily and quickly with only a rubber mallet. The rivet and keyhole design eliminates the need for clips, gussets or sway braces and allows access to the shelves from all sides of the unit. Sold in two types: low profile, for light to medium duty storage and wide profile for heavy duty loads. Light To Medium Duty Units - Low profile shelf supports will handle loads from 400-600 lbs., depending on shelf size. With a height of only 1-1/8", the shelf support allows for maximum use of vertical space between shelves. Shelves are supported front and back only, except 36"D. shelves that are supported on all 4 sides. Use one Starter Unit and as many Add-On Units as needed to complete a row of shelving. The units have 4 shelf levels (3 openings). Sand in color.

Heavy Duty Units - Wide profile 2-3/4" H. angle shelf supports handle loads from 1250-2250 lbs., depending on shelf size. Shelves are supported on all 4 sides in addition to having front-to-back center supports. The units have 3 shelf levels (2 openings). Sand in color.

Double Rivet Shelving Units
36" to 96" wide units allows access to stored items from all sides. Choice of beam capacity to meet many storage requirements.  Unit heights are available in 1' increments up to 18'. Stocked in 6', 7', 8', 10' and 12' heights. Includes crossbeams for 4 shelves. 

Single Rivet Shelving Units
Uses single rivet beams on intermediate levels and double rivet beams at the top and bottom for rigidity. For units up to 48"W. High density shelf beams provide maximum space between shelf levels -- designed to provide for maximum vertical clearance between shelves. Includes crossbeams for 5 shelves.

Record Storage Units
Aids in record management by providing an organized solution to high density storage. All unit box capacities are based on a standard archive box size of approx. 12-1⁄2"W. x 16-1⁄2"D. x 10-1⁄2"H. Helps keep record files organized and within easy reach. Includes crossbeams for 4 shelves.

STEEL DECKING - White enamel finish for visibility within racks. Supplied cut to fit between beam steps of any storage rack having 5/8" or 3/4" high steps. Specify exact panel depth when ordering. Panels are 26"W with flat-top corrugations on 2-1/2" centers which overlap neatly to fit any length beam. Load ratings: 36"D racks 126 lbs. per sq. ft., 48"D racks 70 lbs. per sq ft.

A) Open Decking Racks - Use with wire decking, special steel decking or locally-obtained 5/8" plywood or particleboard decking. Panels fit in beam step recess for easy sliding storage. For proper fit of wood base decking grip panels to 1-3/4" less than rack depth x 2-1/8" less than section length. How to Order
Units include one upright frame and 3 deck sections. Order one upright frame to end each row of sections. For other heights order frames and decks separately - see Warehouse Storage Rack Components.

Make your own arrangement using only these components. Use only 1 upright frame between sections in a row: number or upright frames for each row is number of sections plus one. Upright frame and deck must be same depth. Different length sections can be combined in the same row. Section length is center to center of posts. 8'2" long sections have 96" clear between posts.
