The shelving units feature lapped and welded shelf corners for additional strength and durability. The upright posts of the industrial shelves are roll formed "T" members which allow the shelves to adjust on 1-1/2" centers. This heavy duty industrial wire shelving system offers a combination of shelf and post sizes to meet any application. The chrome modular industrial shelving has split sleeve connectors with grooved numbered post which allow for easy and quick assembly. The storage shelves are constructed of all welded wire mats and supported with architectural wire trusses which provide an 800 lb. capacity per shelf. The shelving systems have leveling legs to support each corner on the stationary storage units and polyurethane non-marking casters can be added to mobilize the storage unit.

Starter Storage Kits
Heavy duty shelving unit allows for an 800 lb. shelf capacity. The 60"W. and 72"W. industrial shelves have a 600 lb. load capacity. This heavy duty shelving has super-strength thanks to the dual C-channel and roll-formed steel frame welded to the heavy-duty wire mat. Square posts attach firmly to industrial shelves with an extended height shelf collar. This wire shelving is designed to be fast and easy to assemble. One piece plastic adapters engage the post with a simple twist of the wrist, and securely snap into the chosen position. Storage shelf locations on the post are easy to identify. This heavy duty shelving is backed by three decades of engineering and design experience. There is a Plating Plus finish and other finishes are available if you contact the factory.

Use only 1 upright frame between sections in a row: the number of upright frames for each row is the number of sections plus one. The upright frame and deck must be the same depth. The different length sections can be combined in the same row. Section length is center-to-center of the posts on these warehouse racking components. WIRE MESH DECK Wire mesh deck is constructed of 4 ga. wire mesh with 13 ga. support channels for a universal fit on step or box style beams. Galvanized finish after the welding process provides for maximum durability and a rust-free life. This wire decking fits most manufacturers' rivet shelving.	WIRE DECKING Channels are rugged 14 ga. supports for extra strength. Parts ending in -1 or -3 use 2" x 4" wire mesh. Parts ending in -17 use 2-1/2" x 4" wire mesh. Decks are designed to accommodate 1-1/2" or 1-5/8" step beams where the outside dimension is nominal +/- 0". Choosing Industrial Shelving

Industrial shelving comes in a variety of sizes, each offering different load capacities. Choices range from basic light duty storage to wire shelving to industrial boltless shelving to archive shelving. You have to measure the height, width and depth of the storage shelving you will need. You also need to determine what load capacity the industrial shelving will need to handle which will determine what gauge the shelves should be. Other considerations for specifications might include whether the shelving should be opened or closed, what kind of decking you might need, and how many storage shelving sections might be required for your current space.

Wire Shelving

Wire shelving has many height and other options for the industrial shelves. Wire shelving allows for easy accessibility and visibility of the products placed in the storage shelves. There is chrome wire shelving which allows you to create your own shelving system. This storage shelving is also easy to assemble.

Archive Shelving

Archive shelving products include record storage boxes used for archival purposes, several types of record archive shelving, rivet rack bulk storage and record storage racks. Some of these shelving systems may be ordered with particle board decking or without decking to allow you to purchase it locally. The storage shelving is designed for fast and easy retrieval of records. There is archive shelving available in units, bulk storage sections, single or double entry record storage sections, and entire storage systems. A lot of these storage shelves are designed to be heavy duty, long lasting and durable. Particle board or wire decking is optional. Additional industrial shelves are usually available separately.

Basic Light Duty Shelving

Basic light duty shelving is a versatile type of industrial shelving which includes boltless shelving, rivet type shelving, steel shelving, open and closed durable shelving, plastic bulk shelving, and sloping shelf units (which have parts, bins and boxes that slide forward for easy access to stored items). It might not be used for your largest inventory or heaviest load capacity but provides storage solutions in many circumstances.

Boltless shelving

Boltless shelving provides strong supporting power with time saving assembly. These steel shelves drop into place and normally have 4 shelves per unit. The components snap together without any nuts, bolts or clips, and the post and beams come in 14-gauge with a gray polyester finish. Single rivet boltless shelving offers single rivet boltless shelves which adjust on 1-1/2” centers. They feature common T-posts between every unit. All the components are designed to attach snugly to one another without the use of loose fasteners. This storage shelving has a unique design with rivets, which are factory attached to all left-to-right and front-to-back beams. Once they are tapped into place with a rubber mallet, the shelving units are tightly assembled and offer maximum strength.

Steel Edge Shelving

Steel edge shelving, is a good choice where strength and durability are required. These storage shelves support more weight at less cost than many other shelving systems.
