Drum rotator for drum handling: Save time, labor and money by mixing in closed shipping drums. Eliminate transfer, clean-up and specialcontainers. End-over-end tumbling action does a thorough mixing job to insure homogeneity. Mix drypowders, wet grains, dyes and coloring liquids, fine and coarse granules, settled liquids and powders. Ideal formixing highly viscous substances.The sturdy frame resists the stress and shock of tumbling. It has a heavy structural steel base, a 1.5?shaft, and ball bearings. Non-explosion proof AC models include a prewired control box with start, stop and jogfunctions. Explosion proof models also include a control box, but require an electrician to wire according to yourlocal codes.End-Over-End Rotators are made to handle a 55-gallon steel drum. To assist in loading a drum, a MorseDrum Lifting Hook is included. A Morse drum tumbler allows you to turn your drum end-over-end. A drum tumbler is a piece of equipment used to mix plastic pellets or similar contents with other materials or to regrind ingredients. The drum tumbles end-over-end or rotates on an inclined axis to quickly and completely blend the materials. The Morse end-over-end drum tumblers will mix the contents more aggressively than other drum tumblers and rotators. Safety enclosures to meet OSHA requirements
You can install all Morse Rotators in accordance with OSHA requirements to allow for enclosure and safety interlock, so the rotator automatically turns off when the enclosure door is opened. One way of the best ways to accomplish this is with a Morse enclosure with safety interlock.
