The Vestil Portable Scissor Lift Table rolls on 8" glass filled nylon casters, 2 swivel, 2 rigid. Complete with floor lock and patented electric pinch point guards. Push buttons to raise and lower lift are located on the power unit and in the pendant style push button control. Key-operated ON/OFF control for better security is built into the power unit. The Vestil Ground Lift Tilter has a removable positioning bar that is provided for use with smaller containers. Designed with worker safety in mind, pinch point guards are provided on all 4 sides. Powered by a remote 2 HP, 208-230/460V motor complete with a protective cover. Standard control is a push button hand control which operates on 24V for maximum operator safety. The Vestil Scissor Tables have hardened pins that reduce wear. Strong chrome-plated piston cylinders resist rust and corrosion. Cylinder is honed hydraulic tubing.  THE TILTMASTER
Lift and position filled tote boxes or baskets without the need of a fork truck or lift table using the newly designed heavy-duty Tilt Master. These 90 degree tilters will function as a transporter by moving completed products from work station to work station without waiting for a fork truck. The Vestil Tiltmaster has a folding ergonomic handle that has dual steering grips for quick and easy maneuverability. Unit has a thin profile to allow the user to get as close to the load as possible. Units roll easily on 8" x 3" phenolic steering wheels and feature a floor lock. Series TM are to be used with open bottom pallets or skids only while the Tilt Master Straddle units, series TMS, can be used with virtually any kind of container or pallet. The Vestil Tiltmaster functions as both basket tote box truck and a tilting table. Reduces back fatigue and injuries -- increase productivity. Tilts up to 90°. To be used with open bottom pallets and skids. DC battery cut-off switch is an emergency stop and reduces possible battery drain -- prevents accidental operations.  LITE LOAD LIFTS
The Vestil Lite Load Lifts are smooth rolling on 6" x 2" mold-on-rubber wheels on the back of the lift and 2" dia. semi-steel wheels, suffix (-FW). Four swivel front wheels and floor lock are standard on units with suffix (-4SFL). Wheels are also at the top of each truck to allow for easy accessibility into delivery trucks.
