Just set the two easily accessible compatibility switches, and you’re good to go, whether you’re using VXi, GN Netcom®/Jabra® or Plantronics® headsets. On-the-fly adjustments are a snap, too, with volume, microphone mute and headset/handset controls easily within your reach. But you’re not sacrificing anything for ease of use. Features Safe Sound Protection™, to protect users from sudden sound spikes and the Tru-Mic™ noise suppression eliminates background noise when you’re not speaking, for clearer sound on the other end of the call. A full 250 days of operation in a three-shifts-per-day contact center. Marathon battery life saves money and reduces agent downtime.
