Top is raised and lowered by a central lifting cylinder. Guide posts provide stability; 2 posts for lighter capacity and 4 posts for 2000 lbs. and over. Built and designed for long service. Units use an electromechanical screw drive linear actuator powered by 12 volt, 35 amp gel cell, leak-proof and maintenance-free battery. 10 amp battery charger is standard.
