The disposable reclosable paper popcorn box has a hook-shaped tab on one of two box top flaps that tucks into a precut slot on the other box top flap for secure closure and to prevent spilling, and a box bottom that snaps into place to facilitate box assembly. It is suitable for use at theaters, sporting events, and other fast food venues. The box is printed with red and white stripes and graphically-stylized red text that is descriptive of popcorn. The box stores flat for compact storage and has a snap-open assembly construction that requires no tape or tools.
