Shredding is easier with Stack-and-Shred™. The 300X delivers auto feed shredding of up to 300 letter-size sheets. Just stack, shut and you're done. Super cross-cut cutters provide Level P-4 security for everyday shredding needs. The chamber locks to protect your sensitive information from unauthorized access. To unlock, users must enter a programmable four-digit PIN code. Shredder auto unlocks and powers down when shredding is completed and powers down after two minutes of inactivity. A manual feed slot is included for small jobs of up to eight sheets. A credit card can be shredded by placing it between the auto feed rollers and shutting the lid. DVDs/CDs can be shredded through a separate slot in the auto feed tray. Intelligent Auto+® Jam Clearance is included to prevent jamming during auto and manual feed, respectively. The 11-gallon waste bin can be lined with Swingline® recyclable paper bags (sold separately) to simplify shred disposal.
