MORSE DRUM ROLLERS
- Choose fixed drum rotation speed of 10, 20 or 30 RPM.
- Variable speed models rotate drum from 10 to 40 RPM.
- Explosion proof models available
Rotate drum to mix or blend material inside a closed drum. Mix the contents of a sealed drum to ensure homogeneity with less hazards.
Roll 6" to 28" diameter drum on its side. Set your drum onto the rotator wheels and roll it to mix the contents. Models to roll one or
two drums at a time.
Choose factory set drum speed of 10, 20 or 30 RPM. The 20 RPM speed is good for most liquids and is furnished if RPM is not specified.
Or choose Variable Speed (VS) models to rotate drum at 10 to 40 RPM.
Capacity: Liquid load: 1000 Lb. per drum. Dry load varies: 400 Lb. at 10 RPM, 300 Lb. at 20 RPM, 250 Lb. at 30 RPM.
Single Drum Rollers - roll a single drum up to 40" long. Motor: 1/2 HP, 60Hz. Base dimensions: 24? x 55".
Double Drum Rollers - roll one or two drums up to 36" long. Motor: 1 HP, 60Hz. Base dimensions: 24? x 94".
NOTE: OSHA requires that ALL rotators to have enclosure with drive mechanism, so drum cannot revolve unless guard is in place.
Options:
Roll a 1 to 5 gallon pail with idler attachment part # 1-5-1. Easily removed for rolling a drum. Roll a plastic drum with Option
# POLY-1-5154 for single drum rollers, or Option # POLY-2-5154 for double drum rollers.
Cage With Safety Interlock
Install Morse drum rotators in accordance with OSHA requirements for enclosure and interlock, etc.
For OSHA compliance, see OSHA subpart O.1910.212 "General Requirements for all Machines." Power connections and motor controls must comply with applicable codes.
