Feature packed modular offices by Ebtech offer a cost efficient solution to conventional stick construction. Fast assembly using standard tools and hardware can provide an office, conference room, test lab or any solution to your interior building needs in a matter of weeks. These buildings are constructed of heavy gauge poly coated aluminum extrusions with a 3" thick Class A fire rated vinyl coated gypsum panel with styrene core. Wire and communication chases are located every four feet and have a snap on cover for easy wiring and modifications. One right hand swing 36"W x 84"H steel door with 1/4" tempered safety glass window, 24" x 30" with knob lock and hardware included. Door will be placed in a full panel (4' x 9'). One 48"W x 36"H, 1/4" tempered safety glass window included. Window will be placed in a full panel (4' x 9'). A standard wiring package is included with an option for a "plug and go" UL modular wiring system. Also available is a load bearing roof to provide above the building storage. Available in tan or gray extrusions with tan, gray or white panel - please specify. FOB Shipping Point.

MODULAR ELECTRIC UPGRADE
The MWS modular wiring system uses plastic and contact technology for the installation of branch-circuit wiring for lighting and power in both commercial and industrial buildings. The system features a double-blade contact that ensures proper mating of key electrical components and load-side connectors that incorporate complete arc shrouding around all contacts for safe operation while disconnecting under load.

LOAD BEARING ROOF
Upgrade the standard 22 gauge steel roof by adding load bearing I-Beams to convert your roof to storage space. 125 psf can be attained on the roof with the addition of 3/4" OSB tongue and groove plywood (not included). -RF14 is rated at 100 psf.
