In-Plant Offices Include...
- Appropriate number of 8'H. x 3" thick wall panels, channels, posts, corners, fascia, door lock set, fasteners and hardware.
- One right-hand swing 36"W. x 84"H. steel door. See Accessories for door windows. Pre-hung tan door with stainless steel grade II knob lock and hardware.
- Lay-in acoustical ceiling white, 2 x 4' grid and mineral tiles.
- Circuit breaker included.
- 22 ga. steel ribbed roof deck.
- Appropriate number of light fixtures to provide 75' candles of lighting per unit.
- Complete bill of materials and layout design.
- All dimensions are nominal center-line of wall. Ceiling height is 90".
- All buildings include prewired modular electric.
- Windows are included in base price. Specify how many you need.
Value Wall™ ...the industry's full-featured price leader that offers great performance benefits. 4 mil vinyl over 5/8" gypsum with an expanded polystyrene core. STC:30-35, R Value-9. Meets Class A building code requirements.
Optional Rugged Wall™ ...utilizes heavy duty steel sheets laminated to the wall surface for added protection and durability. Contact us for details.
Optional Clean Wall™ ...ideal for specialty enclosures where a cleanable, durable steel surface and thermal insulation are imported. Contact us for details.
WINDOWS
Windows are now included at no extra cost. Window size is full width x 48" high with 3/16" thick tempered safety glass. Please specify number of windows when ordering.
